袁培燕,分别从澳门永利yl6776、武汉理工大学、北京邮电大学计算机科学与技术专业获得学士、硕士、博士学位,美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校博士后。目前为澳门永利yl6776教授,博士生导师,计算机与信息工程学院院长,澳门永利yl6776平原学者,河南省高等学校青年骨干教师;兼任中国计算机学会杰出会员,物联网专委执行委员、计算机应用专委执行委员,河南省计算机学会常务理事,IEEE高级会员,EJWCN/JBD副主编。

长期从事物联网、移动边缘计算、分布式网络与系统的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金3项(面上项目1项,联合基金2项),横向项目2项,河南省教育教学改革重点项目1项,河南省虚拟仿真一流课程1门。以第一作者或通信作者在IEEE TSC/TCC/IoTJ/ISJ/TVT/《软件学报》等国内外期刊以及IEEE/ACM MobiHoc/ICDCS等会议上发表论文70余篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,授权发明专利5项,软件著作权6项,出版学术专著1部,主编河南省十四五规划教材1部。获首届博士研究生国家奖学金、河南省高等教育教学成果二等奖1项,国际、国内学术会议最佳论文/广受关注学术论文5项。指导学生获河南省互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛一等奖、数学建模全国二等奖等。目前培养已毕业研究生17人,培养在校研究生15人。
